The role
At Settly, we believe that feeling at home is the essence of a great relocation experience, and we pride ourselves on getting world-class customer feedback scores. In this internship, you'll learn all about helping international newcomers feel at home, away from home.
You’ll support the employees of our clients during their relocation and soft landing adventure. You'll be involved in the full process from the first contact to answering day-to-day questions they may have about living in the Netherlands via our app. You'll help coordinate appointments such as banking and municipality registration, and connect newcomers with the relevant resources, communities, and information at the right time.
Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer support and stakeholder communication, international relocation services, managing multiple processes, and community building. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to content creation and support the organisation of virtual and in-person events.
About you
Personal experience of moving to the Netherlands;
Tech-savvy, process-driven, and eager to solve problems;
Eager to learn and always looking to push yourself to the next level;
Proactive and great customer service skills;
Excellent communication in English (near-native);
Able to easily connect with new people; professional, effective, and empathetic;
Proactive team player who gets things done and loves helping colleagues.
