We are now ready to scale up our marketing operations and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and operations as we scale up and enter new markets.

Over the last 3 years we have helped thousands of people move and settle into a new country. We’ve scaled across 7 countries and are proud of an average NPS of 9,1 across the board. The majority of our clients however have come through inbound and with little marketing efforts. In order to continue on our trajectory to increase the positive impact we make with the Settly platform, we’re ready to grow our marketing department and scale up our marketing efforts. In this unique and newly created role you'll be reporting to the CMO and be a key member of our leadership team. You will furthermore work closely with our heads of Sales and Partnerships to grow our business. You’ll be responsible for building the marketing strategy and roadmap and implementing it across the company and markets. You will grow your current team (2 FTE) by 3x the coming year and together will tell and broadcast the Settly story.
The biggest challenge in this role? We are bootstrapped, value driven and ambitious. So we have to be lean and creative in everything we do. We are looking for people with an entrepreneurial mindset and a sense of ownership in running our company like it is your own. What you will be doing:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives
Conduct market research to gather information about the industry, target audience, services, and competitors;
Develop a messaging and positioning strategy that effectively communicates the company's value proposition;
Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and offline;
Develop and managing the company's branding and messaging guidelines
Managing the company's marketing budget and forecasting
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall company goals;
Analyze, measure and report on the success of marketing efforts, using metrics and KPIs
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the marketing strategy as appropriate;
Build and lead a marketing department, hiring and managing a team of marketing professionals;
Collaborating with external agencies and partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns
Provide coaching and development of talent within the organisation;
Promote a diverse and inclusive team environment;
Manage strategic partnerships with external partners;
Build and manage relationships with media and industry partners, including strategic partnerships with external partners.
Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles and best practices
