Relocation Coordinator

We work with some of the coolest start-ups, scale-ups (6 unicorns and counting :) and publicly listed companies in the world, and help their employees relocate in a hassle-free way through our platform and amazing client success team. We are now ready to scale up further, and expand our presence across borders and are looking for a Relocation Coordinator to join us on our mission.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers & users, as efficiently as possible, resulting in long term relationships, and Settly ambassadors for life.
We do this through building delighting our users and customers, identifying opportunities for improvements, and growth, and partnering with the other Settly teams to create a high performing culture of continuous learning with the aim to drive scalability and innovation, contributing to Settly’s long term vision and mission.
What you will be doing:
Manage standard relocation cases independently while benefiting from the mentorship of seasoned team members for more intricate cases.
Provide insights on your user cases for client meetings and execute the required follow up actions accurately and timely.
Identify bottlenecks in our processes and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations.
Document current and new processes and/or product enhancements.
Continuously work on building expert knowledge and personal development
through casework and volunteering to support projects and process
enhancements.
Monitor the vendor service delivery of their specific cases and flag challenges and
potential service issues.
Maintain user data and reporting accurately to support our weekly review and
updates relating to client operations (e.g. billing, checklist updates, platform updates, cost requirements, payroll updates, status reporting, etc).
The biggest challenge in this role? We are resourceful, value-driven and ambitious. So we have to be lean and creative in everything we do. We want to grow fast and scale across multiple countries whilst maintaining a top notch client experience of 9 out of 10. Are you up for the challenge?
Good knowledge of Amsterdam and understanding of the Dutch lifestyle.

Preferable (not a must)
Personal experience of living and/or working overseas;
Good understanding of the Dutch start-up ecosystem;
